Program Summary

The Dementia Support Services program is funded by Alzheimer’s Australia NSW and provides education to carers, people living with dementia, and community groups, as well as school and TAFE students.

Following diagnosis, support, advice and education is available to people living with dementia, carers and their families.

Carer Support Groups are held monthly.
